Edward McMullen

Mr. McMullen joined Health In Tech’s Advisory Board in April 2025. Mr. McMullen served as U.S. Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein (2017–2021), where he was recognized for strengthening U.S.-Swiss relations, with Switzerland advancing from the eighth-largest to the sixth-largest foreign direct investor in the United States. Mr. McMullen was a frequent participant at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where he engages with global leaders on economic development and public policy. Mr. McMullen's leadership experience spans public policy and civic service, including roles with The Heritage Foundation, the South Carolina Philharmonic Board of Directors, and the South Carolina Preservation Trust. Mr. McMullen also served as a presidential appointee to the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. McMullen holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College.
